Our cobalt-based hardfacing flux-cored wire is engineered for severe service conditions involving high wear, elevated temperature and corrosive media.

The deposited weld metal features a Co-Cr-W hard alloy microstructure, delivering outstanding hot hardness, abrasion & erosion resistance, cavitation resistance, galling resistance and thermal fatigue performance. It offers stable arc, easy slag removal and uniform bead appearance with controllable dilution. The overlay forms sound metallurgical bonding to the base material, minimizing spalling risk.

The deposit retains stable hardness under high temperature and thermal cycling. It is widely used for hardfacing and reconditioning of twin bore extruder barrels, screws, valve sealing faces, pump sleeves, mixing rotors and hot-working tools. It greatly extends component service life and cuts downtime & replacement cost, delivering reliable wear protection for plastics, petrochemical and fluid handling industries.
