Position: International Sales Specialist/Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Market Development and Customer Acquisition: Independently responsible for developing markets in designated international regions through diverse channels (e.g., B2B platforms, international exhibitions, social media, search engines) to target key distributors, wholesalers, and large end customers.

End-to-End Sales Management: Lead the entire foreign trade process, from handling customer inquiries, technical communication, and quotation to negotiation, contract signing, production follow-up, and logistics coordination.

Marketing Content Creation:

Write professional, precise, and compelling English product descriptions, technical documents, marketing emails, and exhibition promotional materials.

Manage and optimize the companys product pages and corporate image on international platforms.

Customer Relationship and Business Negotiation:

Act as the face of the company, building and maintaining long-term, stable relationships with customers via email, video conferences, and direct overseas business trips.

Deeply understand customer needs, provide professional welding solutions, and address various business and technical issues.

What We're Looking For

Major:preferably in International Trade, Marketing, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, English, or related fields.

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in international sales of industrial products (e.g., welding materials, welding equipment, hardware tools, raw materials), with familiarity in foreign trade processes.

Core Skills (Mandatory Requirements):

English Proficiency: Excellent spoken and written English. Ability to conduct smooth business negotiations and technical exchanges with overseas clients; capable of independently drafting polished English business correspondence and technical documentation.

Willingness to Travel: Ability and readiness for regular overseas trips for customer visits and participation in international exhibitions.

Personal Qualities:

Sharp market insight and strong customer development awareness.

Outstanding communication skills, negotiation techniques, and cross-cultural interpersonal abilities.

Proactive, results-driven, with exceptional resilience and teamwork spirit.
