Head Cover special welding materials are designed for pressure-bearing and sealing structures such as heads/end covers, compatible with carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel and other base metals. They feature low hydrogen, high toughness, excellent crack resistance and smooth formation, meeting the welding requirements of critical components like pressure vessels, pipe heads and equipment end covers.

The supporting welding process adopts GMAW/GTAW/SMAW, with strict control of interpass temperature, heat input and welding sequence to effectively reduce deformation and stress, ensuring compactness, mechanical properties and long-term service stability of joints. It is suitable for head welding, manufacturing and repair under severe working conditions such as high temperature, high pressure and corrosion.
