Cylinder Body welding materials and welding technology are core manufacturing technologies in fields such as construction machinery, pressure vessels, aerospace, and hydraulic equipment. They mainly solve the problems of high-strength connection, sealing protection and defect repair of key components such as cylinder body, cylinder head and flange.
For different materials of cylinder bodies (carbon steel, low alloy steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, etc.), special supporting welding materials are provided, including carbon steel welding materials, low alloy high-strength welding materials, stainless steel welding materials and aluminum alloy special welding materials.
The composition of welding materials can be accurately matched according to the working conditions of the cylinder body (such as high pressure, low temperature, corrosion, impact load), ensuring that the strength, toughness and sealing performance of the welding joint are consistent with the base metal.

The welding process adopts precision processes such as automatic submerged arc welding, gas metal arc welding (MIG/MAG, TIG), pulse welding and narrow gap welding, combined with auxiliary processes such as pre-welding preheating and post-welding stress relief treatment, which effectively avoids welding defects such as welding cracks, pores and incomplete penetration, and improves the overall structural stability and service life of the cylinder body.
Compliant with domestic and international standards such as GB, ASME and AWS, the technology is widely used in the manufacture and maintenance of excavator cylinder bodies, pressure vessel cylinder bodies, engine cylinder bodies, hydraulic cylinders and other products, ensuring long-term safe and stable operation of equipment under complex working conditions.
